Back in Brighton

The back care centre was the dream of Gerry Carter, an osteopath with more than twenty years’ experience treating patients.

The back care centre is situated on two levels, with the shop, waiting area and reception above, and the spacious treatment room below.

The treatment room hosts fully ergonomic seating in a private, calmly lit, quiet environment. The treatment room has an high-specification Akron Manipulator osteopathic plinth almost unseen in osteopathic treatment rooms today. Infrared heat treatment is also available, to supplement osteopathic massage and calm those aching muscles when necessary. The treatment room houses a full-height articulated skeleton, giant muscular system chart and various models for explaining patients' conditions.
